Where It All Began…

Like many great stories, ours began over good food, flowing conversation, and a shared sense of purpose. Sitting side by side at a dinner party, we discovered a mutual passion for helping women find and use their voices with confidence.

Both of us had seen too many talented women held back - not by lack of skill, but by lack of confidence, communication support, and space to truly be heard. That night, the seed that would later become Inside Voices was planted.

Our partnership was a natural fit. We’d both trained as actors at leading drama schools, honed our craft on stage and screen, and later found ourselves navigating the corporate and coaching worlds. It didn’t take long to realise that the tools we’d learned as actors - presence, voice, storytelling, and emotional connection - were exactly what so many professionals needed in the boardroom.

At Inside Voices, we bring the best of performance training into professional life. We teach women and teams how to communicate with authenticity, influence, and impact - not by putting on an act, but by finding their truest voice and owning it.
